Three strikes rule
Good day fellow crafters. There has been much debate what to do with someone when they do something against server rules. We have come up with an idea will make it so everyone knows the consequences of bad behavior. Please vote in the poll if these changes should go into affect. If you have any suggestions leave them in the comments.
1st offense = warning
2nd offense = week ban
3rd offense = permanent ban
Update: These rules wouldn't apply to griefers or thieves. Those we can deal with on a case by case basis.

I think for the second strike we should either Make them a Tard or Jail time. If major a Trial.
Trials are done on a case by case basis. Maybe we can Tard someone for the day to go along with the warning.
Also if it is something major, we should skip to the second or third strike such as griefing spawn would be automatic permanent ban.
This is stupid. If someone does something bad, they should automatically be jailed or banned. You’re going to let griefers and thieves off with a warning?
Omo I understand where you are coming from. We can make the rules much harsher for griefer and thieves. This is more related to being a dick or using hacks (not griefing or stealing).
Omo, there might be some minor offenses that don’t deserve a ban; obviously spawn griefers and such would be banned.

I can’t help but see this as an ex post facto law as a response to turks and codys interest to get me banned. There will be resistance ;)
It’s not a direct response to the incident. The server just needs more guidelines for for how to respond to issues.
